Useful details to include
- Company and location. Where is the equipment, and who should I speak with?
- Machine and controls. What does it do? Which PLC, HMI or SCADA platform is installed, if known?
- The work. New development, a recurring fault, a retrofit, or ongoing support?
- Timing. Is there a build deadline, scheduled shutdown or other constraint?
No passwords, access credentials or sensitive drawings in the first email. We can arrange an appropriate way to share project files after discussing the work.
