Troubleshooting starts with the symptoms, operating conditions and changes made so far. Where useful, I can collect and review system data to help distinguish a controls issue from the equipment or process around it.
For an unfamiliar system, start with a scoped diagnostic engagement. Findings come before a promise to replace parts or rewrite the program.
When the controls
are getting old.
A replacement needs more than a new controller. We’ll discuss the existing logic, I/O, operator interface, connected equipment and available shutdown window before defining the retrofit.
Panel fabrication is available through a partner UL-certified shop. Fabrication, installation responsibilities and commissioning scope are agreed for each project.

For ongoing support, we’ll define the equipment covered, access method, working hours and scheduling. Remote access is subject to your site’s security requirements. StottCon does not advertise guaranteed 24/7 emergency coverage.
